Credits are used for all AI generations. Different operations cost different amounts of credits based on their complexity. For example, generating an influencer costs 6 credits, while a 5-second Kling video costs 14-28 credits depending on audio. Your credits reset at the start of each billing period.

Subscription credits do not roll over - they reset at the start of each billing cycle. However, if you purchase credit packs, those top-up credits remain valid for 90 days from the purchase date and can be used across billing periods.

Once you have an active subscription, you can purchase credit packs from the Credits page. These one-time purchases give you additional credits that are valid for 90 days. Credit packs range from 200 to 1,500 credits, and Pro subscribers get a 15% discount.

When you run out of credits, you can either wait for your monthly reset (for subscription credits) or purchase a credit pack for immediate access to more credits.

Yes, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually). You can cancel anytime from your account settings, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

The concurrent generation limit determines how many AI generations you can run simultaneously. Starter plans can run 2 generations at a time, while Pro plans can run up to 5. Once a generation completes, you can start another one.

Yes, you can change your plan at any time through the subscription management portal. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new plan benefits. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle.
